Running for a charity is an amazing thing to do. Knowing your run has helped others, gives a huge boost to the satisfaction you’ll feel on finishing the race. You’ll also be more highly motivated during your training and the race itself. We reccomend signing up to run for one of our Official Charities listed below, who have free or discounted spaces available – but it’s up to you!
They can give you official sponsorship forms, details on how you can fundraise with JustGiving and offer specialist help and support.

Cardiff City FC Foundation is the official charity of Cardiff City FC. We support children, young people and families across South Wales to achieve their full potential. We support people by improving health and wellbeing, improving education and employment opportunities, and reducing offending and reoffending.
By joining the Cardiff City FC Foundation you’ll receive a free Cardiff City FC Foundation running top, lots of support with your training and fundraising, and the knowledge that you’re part of the #BluebirdsCharity making a difference in the local community.
All we ask is that you pledge to raise a minimum of £150 in sponsorship to help our club change lives.

Tennis Wales are the National Governing Body for tennis with a vision of tennis opened up across Wales. We’re inviting runners to take part in events throughout 2020 and raise funds to grow tennis in Wales. If you’d like to take part you can email us directly and we’ll bring you up to speed. We’ll be offering 10k runners who raise £150 a complimentary Tennis Wales t-shirt. Each family raising more that £150 in a family fun run will receive a Tennis Wales goodie bag.
Entry Fee: £10 (10K), FREE (Family Fun Run)
Fundraising Target: £150 per person (10K), £150 for a family (for family fun run)

Register (Family Fun Run): Contact firstname.lastname@example.org stating the number of people in your family that are looking to take part, and confirm that you accept the £150 fundraising pledge. You will then be given a discount code that you can use to sign up for a free space.
Please note that the race Terms and Conditions, which can be viewed here also apply to individuals entering via an official charity, charity package partners and charities purchasing individual or additional spaces from the organisers. This applies to race spaces and any other associated benefits. Some charities will apply their own refund/cancellation policy.
